Hong Kong, Nov 24^th, 2017– First Foundation Hong Kong Limited entered into a joint research agreement with an external group to explore the next generation technology of antimicrobial materials. “We are hopeful that the new materials will resolve some common issues found in today’s germs killing materials such as diminishing performance and safety,” said Roger Tang, President of First Foundation.

With a better defense against microbes and a higher safety standard, Tang expects the new technology to be greatly welcome by consumers in baby products, toys, personal care, medical and food contact applications.

For over 20 years, First Foundation has been representing many renowned chemical companies in the world and supplying high quality engineering plastics in Greater China. Its research and development team also compound materials to meet specific project needs. “In capitalizing the market trends; however, formulating for current needs is not sufficient,” said Tang. “We must be forward thinking, and we must develop better solution to ride the trends.   Our research project on the next generation antimicrobial technology is a good example of this effort.”
